What is a
360ºx360º,
High Definition Virtual
Tour, and how does it differ from a slideshow?
An HD Virtual Tour creates the highest
quality image you’ll find on the market—one that is a
complete floor to ceiling view of your location, rather
than a flattened panoramic image or
slideshow with limited
interactivity. It allows you to feel as if your are at a
central point at that location looking around as you
normally would.
Open Air Marketing uses a patented form of digital photography
that produces fully interactive virtual tours. We use a
special digital camera to take photographs that are
"stitched" together using software that creates a 360º
view of your property. For each
image, you may zoom in on objects,
enabling you to 'tour' a location as if you were
actually there. All tours can be viewed and saved
electronically.
For real estate agents, the product speaks
for itself. Prospective buyers can view a property in
its entirety without the hassle of making an appointment
and traveling to the location, and more and more buyers
rely on Internet images before they seek more
information on a property. And the image acts as
a tireless advertisement for your property: the
picture will be posted 24 hours a day as long as the
property is listed. [back]
Who is RealBiz360?
RealBiz360 is the company that
produces the Virtual Tour interface.
[back]
After I post a tour can I change information
such as the property description &
price?
You may change the information up to two times before
charges apply.
[back]
Do I need
to download special software to
view a Virtual
Tour?
No. To look around a virtual image, simply hover your
mouse over the picture, and click and drag to change
direction. You can also zoom in or out and click on
links that guide you to the next image.
